NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN PRIZES. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. SWEEPSTAKES OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES AND DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA WHO ARE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AS OF DATE OF ENTRY. Employees, officers and directors of American Beverage Marketers (“Sponsor”), its respective parents, subsidiaries, and affiliated companies, advertising, promotion, or production agencies, web masters/suppliers (and their IRS dependents, immediate family members [spouse, parents, children, siblings] and individuals residing in their same household, whether or not related) are not eligible to participate. By participating, entrants (and entrant’s parent/legal guardian if entrant is a minor) agree to these Official Rules. Void where prohibited.
1. TO ENTER: Visit www.bigbucket.com (“Website”) between 12:00.01 a.m. (Eastern Time (ET) on 4/1/08 and 11:59:59 p.m. ET on 2/20/09, click on the Sweepstakes icon, banner, or text link(s) and follow the online entry instructions to sign up for the Ultimate Margarita Sweepstakes. You will be asked for the following information: full name, complete address with zip code, daytime phone, e-mail address and birth date. Limit one (1) entry per person/e-mail address. No other form of participation is valid. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than one (1) entry by using multiple/different e-mail addresses, identities or any other methods will void all that participant’s entries and that participant will be disqualified. Entries must be received and recorded by Sponsor’s computer by 11:59:59 p.m. ET on 2/20/09. Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for this Sweepstakes.
2. DRAWING: Winners will be selected in a random drawing held on or about 2/23/09, from all eligible entries received by an independent judging agency, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Winners will be notified by e-mail, regular mail, overnight mail and/or phone on or about 2/27/09. No substitution, cash redemption or transfer of prize, but Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize with a prize of equal or greater value, if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason. If winner is a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, prize may be awarded in the name of, or to, winner’s parent/legal guardian who must execute all documents and agree to all obligations and undertakings of winner, both on behalf of himself/herself and winner, or prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.

Actual prize items may differ from those shown in advertisements. If winner cannot accept prize as stated, prize will be forfeited in its entirety and awarded to an alternate winner. All expenses not expressly specified are solely the winner’s responsibility. Total ARV of all prizes: $4984.00. Odds of winning are dependent on number of eligible entries received. All prizes will be awarded provided a sufficient number of eligible entries are received.
4. Winners (and each winner’s parent or legal guardian if winner is a minor) may be required to complete, sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and where lawful a Publicity Release within seven (7) days of receipt of notification. If documents are not returned timely, or if the prize notification or prize is returned as non-deliverable, or if a winner is found to be ineligible or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules, prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Taxes on prize are solely winner’s responsibility.
5. LIABILITY LIMITATIONS: Neither Sponsor nor its agencies are responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or non-delivered entries or e-mail; or for interrupted or unavailable satellite, network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), Website, telephone or other connections, availability or accessibility, or miscommunications, or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, or lines, or technical failure or jumbled, corrupted, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures, or technical errors or difficulties, or other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic or network or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry or other information or the failure to capture, or loss of, any such information. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of this Sweepstakes, as solely determined by the Sponsor, will be disqualified. Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed or like entry methods will void all such entries by such methods, and disqualify any entrant using such methods. Neither Sponsor nor its agencies are responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of the Website. Should any portion of the Sweepstakes be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, technical failures or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes, and select the winners from entries received prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. Neither Sponsor nor its agencies are responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by www.bigbucket.com users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes, and assume no responsibility for any error, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation, or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, or unauthorized use to this Website. In case of dispute, the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account used to enter the promotion at the actual time of entry will be deemed to be the participant, and must comply with these Official Rules. The authorized account subscriber is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an Internet Access Provider, on-line service provider, or other organization which is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses.
In no event will Sponsor, ITS parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and related companies, their advertising or promotion agencies or their respective officers, directors, employees, representative and agents be responsible or liable for any damages or losses of any kind, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your access to and use of the website or downloading from and/or printing material downloaded from said website. Without limiting the foregoing, everything on this website is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
